Insight Monday — May 6, 2024

With this two-card spread, from the “Wood” Mandala Oracle deck, I set the intention to receive additional guidance regarding this week’s focus card: “Messages”. The message from that card encourages us to pay attention to the messages we receive and share.

Today’s Two Cards:

1. Position—General Advice: “Receiving”
   it’s message: you are worthy of receiving
2. Position—How best to show up: “Energy Flows”
   it’s message: energy flows where attention goes

Interpretation:

Given the intention for this card spread, the “receiving” card lets us know that we are worthy of receiving messages from beyond our ego self. In case we have/had any doubt about our ability to receive, know that we can.

All we need do is focus our attention on receiving messages…from our guides, Spirit, our Higher Self, Angels, the Universe, Source, and so. Just as when we’re thinking about red cars and “all of a sudden”, that’s ALL we’re seeing, this works the same way with receiving messages.

To discern whether it’s something your ego-brain made up or whether it came from a higher source…just notice how the message makes you feel. If it felt flat..then it’s probably from your ego-brain. If it makes you feel lighter, uplifted, or charged, then it came from a higher source.
