The Reveal
Situation: Ceremony make any (every) moment sacred.
Action: Reflections pause often for self reflection.
Outcome: Focus hocus pocus, where’s your focus.
Interpretation
Whatever the situation we’re in at the moment, in what way could we make it sacred? What’s something extra we could add that would raise the vibration?
With that said, we’re encouraged to take moments out of our day to center ourselves and reflect on where we are, what we’re doing…in other words be present.
When we do that, it helps us to stay focused and be present with what’s right in front of us.
