For today’s card pull, I used the “Earth” Mandala Oracle deck. Think about something where you need some insight on deciding between two choices (option 1 or option 2).

While looking at the FIRST image:

  1. take a few deep breaths to get centered/grounded
  2. think of a decision you want to make between two options
  3. determine which option is 1 and which one is 2

When you’re ready, look at the second image

Card 2: abstract background of yellows, oranges, reds, and white. On top in black ink, is an detailed link drawing of a large mandala flower with lots of small petals, also has pen and ink styled lines.

Interpretation:

Option 1 — The Heart Wants: the heart wants what the heart desires.

It’s almost too obvious that if you go with this option, the heart, your heart, will most definitely be pleased. Need we say more?

Option 2 — Surrender: surrender to what is

If you go with this option, be okay with it. Let go of second guessing. Whatever happens by going with this option, it will serve you in a different way than had you gone with the first option. It’s the whole “all roads lead to Rome” kind of thing. One of these options could be the “highway” and the other could be “the scenic route”.
