In our current situation, we are encouraged to “turn it over” to a Higher Source. Stop thinking that we have to figure everything out by ourselves.
We’re like the littles who want to pour their own glass of milk when they can barely hold the carton…and when a parent offers to help, they become frustrated and tell the parent “I can do it myself”…which inevitably ends with the milk being poured everywhere but into the glass.
Our Team of Guides and Angels (or whatever term you like to use) are there to help us. We don’t have to go it alone, it’s okay to ask for help. We forget that they have a much broader view of our situation than we do. Think of them not as “someone telling us what to do” but as fellow Team members…that we’re all in this together…wanting to “win the game” together…as a team.
With this mindset change, each day becomes a joy, our situation becomes easier to bare, we can look forward to and celebrate each new day.
