With this two-card spread I set the intention to receive more guidance regarding this week’s card: “Look Up”. The message from that card encourages us to adopt a positive mindset.
Today’s Two Cards:
- Position—General Advice: “Yellow”
message: embrace vitality and Inner Will
- Position—How best to show up: “Quilt”
message: our lives are like quilts
Interpretation:
Transforming our lives this week to a more positive mindset will take some Inner Will especially for those of us who tend to think “realistically” … ie: negatively. Part of having a positive mindset is reflecting on how far we’ve come over the years. Because our progress appears often slow and subtle, we tend to see our progress as almost non existence. It’s by acknowledging our progress that we find our strength and confidence.
And we can look at our progress is as if it was a quilt: all of our life’s experiences (the ups, downs, and overs) are all part of our one life-quilt. While separate, each “piece” may not seem to be that great; however, when we look at it as a whole, it’s quite amazing.
With a positive mindset, we can see our lives as this beautiful quilt of a life…ready for more amazing pieces to be sewn in.
