I pulled the “Shift” card.
It’s message:
“You are allowed to change your mind”.
Last week we were encouraged to pay attention to the stories we tell ourselves and others. This week we are given permission to change our mind about these stories. We can rewrite them.
Actually, we are given permission to change our minds about anything. It’s not specific to a gender…EVERYONE of us is allowed to change their mind. It’s called free will.
Maybe something at one point was true for us and now it’s not. Why tie ourselves down to it when it no longer serves us. Much of our existence is about fluidity and uncertainty. So it makes sense to be able to go with the flow of it.
Have fun this week as you go about freely changing your mind.
